Stephane DeBlock
Stephane is a certified Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma and PROSCI Practitioner in Change Management. He has over 20 years of experience in process improvement and change management, both in the US and in Europe.
Stephane began his career at Pfizer in Paris, France, where he oversaw streamlining processes in both the Sales and IT departments. He continued his experience working for Deloitte in San Francisco, CA on different improvements projects focusing on Service Quality.
Stephane then worked for Airbus in Toulouse, France. In that role, he managed a major project aimed at streamlining Airbus’ manufacturing assembly lines located in France, Spain, England, Germany, and China.
Lee-Anne Ostby
Lee-Anne is a certified Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma and has a broad range of experience in process improvement both in public and private organizations. Lee-Anne brings with her 15+ years of experience and teaching.
Currently, Lee-Anne works at Kaiser Permanente helping to improve various processes mainly related to HR and IT. Lee-Anne has led 50+ Lean Six Sigma projects: Global Lean Program Management, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S, Waste Walk, Root Cause Analysis, Visual Management, Site Lean Assessments, Develop Lean Culture at all level of the organization. Lee-Anne is also the President & Co-Founder of Lean & Sustain LLC.
