He is past president of the Redwood Empire Chapter of the Construction Specifications Institute and member of CSI, the North Coast Builders exchange and the Redwood Empire Remodelers Association.
Tim Hannan
Timothy J. Hannon is an Attorney, Mediator, and Arbitrator. He is the sole practioner of Tim Hannon Law in San Francisco and Santa Rosa practicing Construction, real estate, and business law from 1981 until present. Since 1984, Tim has been the Owner, Director, and Chief Instructor of Contractors License Courses in Santa Rosa.

Shirley attended Sonoma State University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Energy Management and Design. Shirley has furthered her education by earning a Masters degree at Sonoma State University and a Certificate in Interior Design from Santa Rosa Junior College.

Don Shaw is a construction profession with 40 years of experience. He started as a carpenter and is currently a Senior Project Manager. His experience includes remodeling, multi family, construction defects, new construction, commercial tenet improvements and a special focus on high end residential homes. Wes Barry
Wes Barry has worked in the construction industry for over 35 years. Wes attended California State University, Fresno where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology with an emphasis in Construction Management and Architecture. Prior to, and while attending Fresno State, Wes worked for a home builder as a carpenter. Upon receipt of his degree in 1985, Wes worked as an Estimator & Project Engineer for a commercial general contractor in Fresno where he eventually became the Chief Estimator. In 1997, Wes relocated to Sonoma County and began working for Midstate Construction where he currently holds the position of Vice President, Department Head - Project Management.

For more than 20-years he has focused on preserving the energy embodied in the built environment through specialized solutions. He began his career as a draftsman and participated in the digital reformation of architecture as a discipline. Matthew is also an expert on professional standards of care, building envelopes, and waterproofing.

Peter Daly, B.A., combines a 31 year construction background with 21 years of experience in dispute resolution. As a builder, he has constructed over $150 million of residential and light commercial projects. He has extensive knowledge of wood frame construction, cast-in-place concrete structures, and of the application of high-end materials and finishes. He has expertise in all aspects of the management and construction of residential construction projects with particular expertise in the areas of planning & approvals, bidding & estimating, scheduling, contract compliance, change orders, subcontract management, workplace safety, and standards of care. As a certified arbitrator and mediator, Peter has assisted in the resolution of over 750 construction, homeowner association, real estate, insurance, commercial, consumer, and other disputes since 1991. He is a recognized authority on construction disputes through his articles in local and national publications and through his participation in industry organizations.
Doug Hamilton
Doug Hamilton is President and Owner of Oak Grove Construction. He has a BS in Construction Engineering, has worked locally for the last 30 years for large engineering construction firms on a multitude of site work projects. Mr. Hamilton has an extensive background in both pipeline and grading/paving disciplines, and his field experience is augmented by years of project management experience. Mr. Hamilton holds a class A-General Engineering and a Class B-General Building contractor's license, and he is past President of the Northern California Engineering Contractors Association.
Larry Levy
Larry Levy is an Employee Relations Management Consultant, Mediator and Trainer in Marin County. He has been in private practice for 26 years and focuses on helping employers confronted with problems with employees. He assists corporate H.R. Managers when they request an outside consultant to conduct an investigation or present specialized seminars. Larry specializes in solving problems with managers and employees, mediating conflicts, counseling personally troubled and often non-productive employees; writing employee handbooks and personnel manuals; investigating complaints of sexual harassment and other forms of discrimination; responding to wage and hour questions; interpreting and applying the various state and federal leaves of absence; answering inquiries about Workers Compensation, State Disability, Unemployment Insurance and the Americans With Disabilities Act; recruiting hard to find job candidates; and conducting specialized training. Larry Richmond
Larry Richmond is the Owner of Mill Creek Safety. He is an approved OSHA Outreach Instructor, and is up to date with the latest requirements in the safety world. His career includes 23 years as Owner and Safety Manager for Richmond Construction, Instructor for Career Technical Education, and he is an Adult Education Instructor for Sonoma County Office of Education. Mr Richmond is also a certified HSI Trainer for CPR and First Aid.
