The program's focus is on essential skills for succeeding in the business environment, such as business planning, accounting, personnel management, project scheduling computer applications, and marketing. The skills presented apply to small construction business owners as well as to managers and business personnel within a larger company.

No, you may enroll in the courses in any order; there is no required sequence.

Students taking three courses per semester, fall and spring, can complete the program in three semesters or one academic year. Students taking two courses a semester can complete the program in 1 1/2 academic years.

All Construction Management Certificate program instructors bring between 10 - 40 years of experience to the program, from small business owners, to construction professionals that have experience with large residential and commercial construction companies.

Construction Management courses are $450 each. Six courses must be completed to receive the Construction Management Certificate. The total cost of the six-course certificate is $2,700.
