Withdrawal and Refund Policy

Before making any changes to your enrollment status, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the Extended Education's refund and withdrawal regulations.

To request a refund:

  • Reach out to Extended Ed. immediately at (707) 664-2394 to inquire about the possibility of a refund and/or for assistance with your specific situation.
  • Officially submit a Class Add/Drop Request form to Extended Ed. You can also initiate a drop by phone by calling 707-664-2394. Please note that refund requests are only accepted during the current session, and the effective date of the refund request is the day Extended Ed. receives your completed Class Add/Drop Request Form.

Parking Information

Parking permits are required 24/7 including reserved parking lots. General and Housing permits are valid in a reserved parking lot from 5 pm to 6 am only. All machines take cards and cash. Daily permits cost $5.00 and reserved parking permits cost $8.00 per day.
